TECHNICOLOR

Went to visit muh family last week. It was good times. My momma came and picked me up waaay too early (like... 11!! Geeze) and drove me down. I spent all day Thursday there, spent the night and came back on Friday afternoon.

Rosanna and I hung out most of the day. The first thing I did when I got to my mommas was raid her fridge, which was fully stocked cuz she had just gone to CostCO. OH MAN, gallon jar of pickles? YES PLEASE. Mango juice?? IS THERE ANY OTHER KIND... OF JUICE?! Then I ate some hot dogs. Her only question was, "Don't you eat at home?" but I was too busy buried in a package of uncooked hamburger meats to respond.

BUT THEN, Rosanna and I went to Best Buy (saw Christine and Lance driving around) and OMG (almost ran over Gretchen KEY!) we got AVATAR on Bluray, went home and immediately watched it. My mom watched it with us but it was hard for her cuz of Andre (my nephew) being loud and Rosanna (my nephew's momma) and me (Maritza) screaming JAKESOOLLY every time Jake came on the screen (or gasping as if we had just been ana-uhh, surprised), which was often. After all the AVATAR excitement, I took a nap. It was a short 45 min nap cuz then me and Rosanna went to watch KICK ASS. It was good the third time too. I saw lots of peeps at the San Marcos movie theater. Being there was weird. But I wish I had had more time to talk to everyone.

After that I had a huge craving for pizza and liquor, so lucky for me we were near a PIZZA HUT and an Albertsons. Stuff was purchased, which includes but may not be limited to the following: Avatar themed pastries, pizza, hookers, vodka, wings, mustard seeds, cranburry juice, cheesy bread, shoe laces, candy bars and Jake Sully in the back door (if you catch my drift) bwahahaha!

So, pizza was eaten, beverages were consumed, and the night ended with my siblings, one Russian and I playing NEVER HAVE I EVER, which was incredibly awkward, albeit splendidly hilarious.

Angels in my Nightmares

OH MY GAWDS

We got cable yesterday and I came home to find Vince watching baseball.

Before bed Vince threatened to take me to an Angels game.

Vince woke up and changed the channel to watch baseball even though I was watching TV first.

I took a nap today while Vince went out to lunch and woke up to find he bought MLB 10 The Show for the PS3.

"I can play a game of baseball before the real game starts at 7!" said Vince excitedly, a wide grin stretching across his boyish face as he laid on the floor ready to play his game.

My life is officially a nightmare.

HEY, remember all that stuff I said yesterday?? It was my half assed April fools joke that I never followed through with cuz I got bored. The stuff about being married and having babies is true though.

Any-who, would anyone come over to my place if Vince and I threw a housewarming shindig? It's an hour drive up here so I dunno how many people would wanna come. It wouldn't be anytime soon, maybe May or sometime in the summer when everyone is out of school and all that.

In other news, it's been super SUPER cold over here. Last night the temp was around 43 degrees according to Vince's car. OH MY GAWD. It gets so cold in my room at night I have to sleep with 4 blankets! But even though it's cold, I prefer that than to the heat of the summer time. My least favorite season.

I wanted to post some pictures of my awesome room and the new fridge and the dining room BUT this stolen internet I'm on is SUPER slow so I can't post them right now. I will soon though... maybe on Twitpic.

Last night at work one of the managers sang me a song in Spanish buy that dude Juanes. Talk about random lol.
