I bought both Distant Worlds soundtracks cuz that's how I roll! I wanted to add it my iPhone but my phone is all sorts of lame and there wasnt enough room so I deleted all my pictures. Don't worry! I saved them all.
I've had my phone for about a year and a half. Im the type of person that tries to chronicle everything I do because I like to look back at the good ol' times. SO, I have amassed close to 1500 pictures, from the mundane to the super awesome. If a picture is worth 1000 words then I invite you to view my life over the course of a year, exactly 1,432,000 words worth of ADVENTURE.
DISCLAIMER: There were actually 1444 pictures but I deleted some that were uhh, too personal. But not in THAT way! YOU PERVERT!! You should be ashamed.
They were uploaded backwards so I linked from the last page and you have to move your way back, the first pic on page one is the most recent, the last pic on the last page is the earliest. Aiight?
Enjoy...

Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds
Soo if you follow me on twitter you know that last night I went down to San Diego to the Embarcadero Marina to see the super cool, super epic Final Fantasy concert!! It was an epic adventure of epicness getting there. Comic Con officially started yesterday so there were a lot of conventioneers around with their badges and their goodie bags and their geekiness. On the way to the convention center we happened to walk by the Hardrock Cafe where Entertainment Weekly was having a party of some sort and I saw Eli Roth and this one guy who's name I cant remember and I dont remember where Ive seen him so he will remain a mystery forever, but he was super famous.
Anyway, so Im sure some people are wondering, "WAIT A MINOOT, Final Fantasy... CONCERT?" Yes, friends. The San Diego symphony played songs from all the Final Fantasy games. Nobuo was there being awesome and just hanging out with the cool Square Enix peeps. Here is a song list of the concert:
FF prelude/theme/victory
Zanarkand
FFVIII battle
Swing de Chocobo
JENOVA
Fishermans Horizon
Man with the Machine Gun
INTERMISSION
FFVII Opening-Bomb Mission
Distant Worlds
Theme of Love - MY MOST FAVORITE SONG EVER!!
Prima Vista
Aeriths Theme
FFXIII The Promise, Fangs Theme
Opera Maria and Draco
Terra's Theme
Encore-Sephiroth
There was also a special preview for Final Fantasy XIV featuring new music from Nobuo!! And special never before seen footage of the game. The music was super niiice. The songs are called Twilight Over Thanalan and Beneath Bloody Borders. Over all the concert was great! The orchestra played the music from the games and they showed footage from the games on the three big screens above the stage. When they played Sephiroth they were showing footage of Advent Children and I never heard girls scream so loud over a fictional character. Can you guess who? It was a demon, a demon with a red cape: Vincent Valentine.
After the concert rosanna and I went on a carne asada/burrito run. The End.
PS. If you didnt get to go to this amazing concert dont worry, they are so popular (last nights show sold out!!) that there will be more next year!!

She is Love
This song came out a year ago and it reminds me of last summer.
I've been beaten down
I've been kicked around
But she takes it all for me
And I lost my faith
In my darkest days
But she makes me want to believe
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
She's all i need
Well i had my ways
And they were all in vain
And she waited patiently
It was all the same
All my pride and shame,
But she put me on my feet
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
She is love
And she is all i need
And when that world slows down dear
And when those stars burn out here
Oh she'll be there, yes she'll be there
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
They call her love, love, love, love, love
She is love
And she is all i need
She is love
And she is all i need
She is love
And she is all I need
She's all I need
I've been beaten down
I've been kicked around

Airception: A Reviews
I finally watched Airbender last week. I'm gonna go ahead and say that I didn't hate it. I didn't like parts of it, but it wasn't as horrible as a lot of people said it was. I think that part of it had to do with me waiting so long to see it, so my expectations and hopes were at ZERO, therefore I wasn't as disappointed. HOWEVER, because my expectations were so low, when the last battle started to unfold, and it turned out to be super epic, I was very surprised. For the last 45 minutes or so my face was like this :O cuz OH MAN. It was such a good battle, regardless of it not being like the shows finale. I LOVED those final scenes. Everyone was finally bending and fighting and the music was so cool and that ending!! It made me excited to see the next movie, even though chances of that happening are not too good. I hope it does get made. I hope someone else takes over with the writing of the story. Cuz that's all it really needed! Better dialogue would have saved that movie. And maybe some actor training I dunno. Im gonna buy that movie when it comes out just cuz I wanna support Airbender. Oh and the way Zhao gets trapped in that water bubble?? OH MAAANNN!!
I watched Inception on Wednesday night when I was super tired and stuff. I wasn't excited for this movie at all. I mean, I did wanna watch it but I wasn't like OMGINCEPTIONOMG. It looked interesting enough, but I didnt even know what it was about until I was actually watching it. The visuals in the movie were stunning, some of the stuff they did was crazy like that zero gravity battle in the hotel. I was grasping the story well enough until they decided to go into Fischers mind. Things got a little confusing after that but I was still entertained. Then things got super weird and then it ended. But I loved that ending because it really leaves you wondering and all you want to do is go back and watch the movie again and see if you can pick up any hints or clues. WELL PLAYED MR. NOLAN.
If I had known that the movie had to do with dreams I would have been all over it cuz dreams are my thing. Dreaming is a window into your subconscious, it lets you see truths about yourself you didn't realize or were trying to hide. I've always wondered, "What if this life I'm living right now is just a dream? And one day I will wake up from it" That notion is actually very common in Mexican culture (among others im sure). They say that this reality, this existence is only temporary. It's like a test. When we die, that's when the real world begins, but only if we've done well enough in this lifetime to move on. If we fail, we are doomed to live in this dream again. CRAZY RIGHT?? Any-who. Inception is probably one of the better movies to come out this summer, so go watch it! WATCH IT I SAY!
In other non-movie related news, I got a bed! You might have seen pics on twitter. My room is lookin' mighty nice now. It's so cute and girly. It's the first time in a good... 4-5 years since I've owned a bed. But that story is for another time. I'm gonna go build me a new fancy shmancy TV stand for that fancy shmancy new TV we dont have. HAH HAH Vince, I appreciate you <3 <3 <3 Now to finish laundry. I leave you with this:
and THIS. The trailer for Flipped is narrated by non other than PRINCE ZUKO (Dante Basco)

Lonely Dreamer
I have now officially watched Eclipse 4 times. Well... maybe the 4th time is a lie cuz I went in there and just fell asleep for most of it.
I watched Despicable Me today. I honestly wasn't interested in this movie at all but since I've watched every single movie out right now (except for Airbender) I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the 3D which was very 3D-ish. Stuff actually popped out at you! The story was simple and cute and there were funny parts and every one had a gay ol' time. What I liked the most was the music. I was sitting in the auditorium wondering to myself, "Hmm... I know this hip hop artist..." but I couldn't place him. So I waited for the credits and OMG, Pharrell did 4 songs for the movie! I immediately bought those 4 songs and listened to them.
On Thursday I watched the Predators midnight show. It sold out and my first thought when I walked into the auditorium was "WOW talk about a sausage fest" I think I was one of ten girls watching that movie. Im a huge fan of the original so I was a bit skeptical about watching it. The past couple of Predator movies were SO BAD. They just ugh, UGH. What I liked about the movie was that the score was A LOT like the original, so I was pretty happy. I also liked that they were back in the jungle and they made references to the first one. I was pleased that the violence in the movie was downplayed. Usually with these types of movie you get a lot of gore that to me feels cheap and fake like they're trying to wow us with crappy death scenes, ya know?
What I didn't like was that the story felt really weak and unrealistic (as weird as that sounds for a Sci-Fi movie)... I dunno how to explain it. If you watched it lets talk about it!
Got work in 6 hours and it looks like I wont be getting to sleep any time soon. Especially with nimbus clawing up my arms.

My Love
Finally was able to get some sleep. But I woke up 4 hours later gasping. It was really scary.
In other news, I've been listening to this song on repeat all day. I wont say where it's from so people wont judge before they've listened.
Its really pretty. Makes me all sorts of melancholy.
I got my car fixed today! Well, yesterday technically. A hose was completely destroyed and the ones next to it were about to go too so they changed everything and made it really nice. I dropped the car off at 8 and the nice mechanic drove me home. It wasn't until then that I realized that I had left my house key on the keys, with the mechanic. So I could either walk back which was 45 minute walk or hang out for a few hours. I chose the latter because it was only gonna be 2 hours. Except that that two hours turned into 8 hrs. So from 7am to 5ish I was walking the streets like a hobo. I did some shopping, had lunch and what not. But it was soo boring. I slowly made my way to the mechanics, stopping at stores to waste time. By 2 I was tired. I had had only 3 hrs of sleep and I couldn't stay awake so I finally made it to the mechanics and just sat there talkin with the guys. They finally fixed it and all was good.
Me being me as soon as I got home instead of going to sleep I cleaned and did laundry and ran some errands and finally by 10 I was done. I showered and went to sleep and half an hour ago wake up freaking out. Now I probably wont be able to go back to sleep. So how about that song? Pretty right?
Nimbus is meowing a lot. Gonna go lurk on the internets.

WELL, It's been a while hasn't it? Ive been busy doing nothing much but going to work, coming home, and going back to work. Now I know how Vince feels and he works WAY more than me.
SO Vince and I watched Eclipse last week. The third book in the Twilight saga is my least favorite because I felt that it was a filler, nothing really happens except Victoria dies and the Volturi find out Bella is still human. Stephanie Mayer could have put that in the second book and just made the series a trilogy. So this movie, to me, felt like a waste of time. I only read the book once but the movie covered most of what I remember happening in the book (like Bella being a stupid ho, Jacob keeping Bella warm and Victoria dying in the snow) so, that's good, I GUESS. I still think Edward is a hottie and I'd probably watch the movie again just cuz he's hawt. What I did like about Eclipse was that the other members of the Cullen clan got more than one line of dialogue. I liked seeing Jasper and Rosalie's back stories. I especially loved Jasper, cuz every time I saw him I thought of Sokka...
And that brings me to The Last Airbender. I have yet to see it, but judging from the midnight and people in the lobby screaming "This was the worst movie ever" Im gonna go ahead and say that it's probably not good. It's really upsetting that M Knight failed yet again. I held out for a long time, I really liked him as a director and I defended him through all his movies. There's still a part of me that keeps hoping I'm going to see the movie and at least NOT hate it, and I don't hate it. A part of me doesn't want to watch it at all. But, regardless of the pile of crap that the movie is, the show is still SO EPIC and I love it so much. I know that every single fan of the show is super upset right now. But I've walked in to parts of the movie and I still get happy when I hear Zukos name, or hear Katara talking about Ba Sing Se (I didn't mean that to rhyme) and hopefully new people are becoming aware of the existence of the show and they will watch it and love it like I do.
Fire is the element of power. The people of the Fire Nation have desire and will, and the energy and drive to achieve what they want.
Earth is the element of substance. The people of the Earth Kingdom are diverse and strong. They are persistent and enduring.
Air is the element of freedom. The Air Nomads detached themselves from worldly concerns, and they found peace and freedom.
Water is the element of change. The people of the Water Tribes are capable of adapting to many things. They have a sense of community and love that holds them together through anything.
