We have moved! Thanks to everyone who offered to help move our junk but we ended up getting movers cuz Vince was all like, "HEY are you gonna move everything or what?" and I was like "HELL NO IM NOT (while playing wow and eating chips)" Nimbus offered to move everything but we dont understand cat so we didnt know. Also, that didnt happen. It was probably the best thing ever though, having them movers!!

Any-who, the drive to work is the same distance as it was before so it's not bad at all. ALSO, instead of spending 30 minutes staring at rivers of cars and sidewalks full of people walking their dogs or walking their children (or WITH their children, when the car is moving so fast its hard to tell) I now have an easy freeway drive with a view of a really pretty snow covered mountain and rolling green hills or sometimes purple hills depending on the time of day. And for part of the drive I can see the ocean!! Its really pretty and peaceful and it makes me happy.This is kind of what it looks like but I cant draw a city so yeah lolol. JOANNE dont use this to stalk me!! Yup. Nimbus didnt like the new place at first and he spent two days hiding under my bed but he's exploring now and finding new places to take naps. I dunno what else to talk about. I know I was gonna post a comic about KIIIIMMMM but Ive been sleeping all day and ya know, just recovering form last night cuz I pARtied HarDDy!!! But I'll make it... eventually :3

Bric-a-Brac

BOOP. I was lookin' for some smooth tunes to write this blawg to when I came across some ANIME nonsense. I don't remember having any sort of Anime on my play list as of late. But then I remembered my gamer days when I played all that Kingdom Heartseses. Interestingly enough THOUGH, it wasnt Utada Hikaru I found on my play list but instead some chick named Eri Nobuchika. Her single "Lights" was featured in a movie called Shinku and was also used in the Anime FLAG, NEITHER of which I've seen in my entire life. How does this stuff get on muh iTunes? Anyway...

Day 795 of packing. It feels as if the more I pack, the more there IS to pack. What was originally three storage bins has turned into 9 boxes with stuff from my room only!! All of those boxes are going into storage though. I'm only bringing one box of stuff and my clothes to the new place cuz I feel like I need to de-clutter. Cuz looking at all those 9 boxes makes me wonder why we hold on to so much junk we never even use. 7 out of those 9 boxes are just books though. OMG!!! Speaking of boooooks I got my new awesome book in today (I Am Number Four). MHMM. The movie was based on a book. I only read the first paragraph before I was consumed by a packing rage... lololol. I hope it's super amazing. All I know for sure is that the opening scene of the movie is exactly like the book. Yay!

Ludacris just started playing now I feel straight hangsta. Check out this diagram Vince left for me on his schedule board. If only dreams came true AMIRITE?

Have you guys heard Gaga's new single yet called BORN THIS WAY?? It's been stuck in my head since last night. And speaking of last night...

I made CUPCAKES!! Das right, delicious pink and green cupcakes!! Look at these pics, this is a picturrrrriffic bloggy post.

So I made these cupcakes for my most valentine-y valentine. He said he didnt wanna be my valentine but I told him I didnt care what he said cuz he was gonna be my valentine anyway!! I miiight have threatned him a little but c'mon, I'm a GIRL and girls do crazy things for love AMIRITE?? *hysterical giggle*

My two most favorite colors in the ENTIRE WORLD are pink and green. The reason? Because of the green and pink rangers in the Power Rangers, DUH. Im not even joking. Any-who, I had this idea to make pink and green cupcakes but I didnt want them to be baby pink and green, I wanted them to be vibrant and neon pink and green. SO I found these awesome 'electric' food colorings at da store, and I was like OMG I can make my delicious cupcakes!! I didnt want to wait until Monday to make them cuz I was so excited to experiment with these colors. I mixed the pink and green into the cupcake batter and they were SO bright I was blinded by the stupid mixing bowls.

So, with the help of Vince, we made these delicious cupcakes and I was so happy with how they turned out! The one thing I didnt like was the icing on top, I felt it could have used more food coloring. Also, those white dots are glittery white icing, I wanted to make them look like pearls but YA KNOW, I didnt have much control over my hands last night... *hysterical giggle* Im bringing these cupcakes into work TODAY so if you are working today then you are getting a cupcake!!! I go in at 3!! First come first serve!!! Im making more for tomorrow so If you didnt get one today dont fret.

Bieber Fever

Last night we had the super cool sneak peek of the new Justin Bieber movie. I, along with a couple of managers, went into the movie to check out how much the girls were screaming. When I first walked in, Justin was in concert singing a slow song and as I turned the corner and was able to see the audience I wasn't very surprised to notice they were all waving their glow sticks in the air. Then, the image on the screen changed to Justin just hanging out in his home town, the girls screamed. They showed Justin's best friends, the girls screamed. They showed Justin dancing, the girls screamed. Then later on, as if the film makers just KNEW how to make these girls lose their shit, they played (I kid you not) Justin staring into the camera (in slow motion), he smiled very very slowly then he did his famous hair flip. I thought my ears were going to start bleeding, that's how loud the girls were screaming. And remember that this movie is in 3D, so anytime Justin reached out towards the camera the girls screamed. Girls in the audience would fight over him saying things like "He's MINE!!" and someone across the auditorium would yell out "SHUT UP HES MINE!!" It was funny. The last thing I saw was when Miley Cyrus got on stage at one of his concerts and all the girls got angry and crazy cuz apparently they all dislike her for some reason. Did she ever date Justin? I would imagine they would be hatin' on Selena Gomez (cuz she is dating him apparently). I had a very strong urge to yell out "JUSTIN BELONGS TO SELENA!!" really loud and then run away, but I'd have 200+ girls and one middle aged man after me. NOOOOO thanks.

In other news, I think I'm in love with Robert Pattinson again. CHECK IT. He is like a ray of sunshine in this otherwise gloomy world... laaaaaawl. Im really excited for Water for Elephants. IS IT APRIL YET??? Gosh, we're in mid February already, it's practically the summer time!! We at the movie theater business must enjoy this time we have before the craziness of summmer. AND SPEAKING OF DA MOVIE THEATER!! Yesterday a bunch of us were watching some pretty funny videos that were showed to us by... someone...we work with...ANYWAY We all lol'd cuz its true! Here is my favorite.


So I went to visit my mom for a few days earlier this week and it was fuuun. I just hung out with my siblings and my adorable nephew. The best part of the trip was when I made chili mac. IT was SOOO GOOOD. It used to be my signature dish back in the day but I hadnt made it in years. YEARS I TELL YOU! So me and my sister were at the grocery store samplin' all the juices in the juice isle when she says "HAY make come chili mac!" so then we got all the ingredients and I made it! I made a GIANT pot of it. I dont know exactly how big it was but it was really really big. I thought I had made way too much of it but everyone got two helpings and then my little brother, upon learnin' I had made chili mac, ran back home from his friends house across town just so he could taste the godliness of my chili mac. Thats how good it is. I also met this cool kid named Yuki. He's from Japan and he was showing us how to say stuff in Japanese like, hungover... hahaha. He was pretty chill. I love listening to people speak Japanese I think it's a beautiful language. I have no urge to learn to speak it but its fun to memorize J-Pop songs and sing them like you know whats up. AND speaking of Japan... Im in looooove with these guys


IM HUNGRY NOW. I noticed I just got my state tax return... OH MAN what am I gonna do with all those $5?!?!?! SUBWAAAAY!!!

In other news, Vince drew me this picture today to make me happy cuz I was in a hormonal rage. It's so freakin' adorable I almost DIED from how adorable it was!! It was almost as cute as when Nimbus sleeps!!

So Im going to San Marcos for a couple of days to just hang out with my family and enjoy my days off. I leave sometime Monday and go back home sometime Wednesday probably unless I decide to come home early cuz I'll be missing Nimbus too much!!

I haven't been in the drawin' mood lately so no comic today, but I would like to give a shout out to KIM!! HEY how ya doin??? I'll do your comic soon lololol.

Besides that nothing interesting is going on here at the ol' Nimbus and Co. household. We've just been packing and cleaning. Sooo boooring! I miiiight be getting a PINK ROOM though so Im kinda excited about that. I wanna have a pretty princess room, the likes of which INGRID would be jealous! Remember those birds and pretty pink things we saw at Michaels the other day?? I think those are getting BOUGHT. The funny thing about me and bedrooms is that up until I moved to OC I never HAD my own room, let alone my own SPACE. So I feel like Im going through these phases with my room like im making up for lost time, at first it was really little kid-ish, then I toned it down a bit and made it more pre-teen, now I think Im going into my rebellious teen years lawl. Oh silly me. When I finally reach my "adult" room its going to be nothing but bare white walls and white sheets. HOW BOOOORING. But I'll get there eventually.
