Captains log: stardate 07102011

My computer continues being lame. I'm currently using it since I can at least get it to load on safe mode. I wonder when I will be able to use it again so I can get back on WoW. Im not used to my Hello Kitty keyboard any more so Im gonna go ahead and throw it out the window now hold on... Woah this keyboard feels weird too, but it makes that clicky sound I like! YAY! But now Im not used to this one either -_-

In other news, I went to the optometrist the other day because Ive been having trouble with my eye sight. It's not bad and I can still read things but sometimes I have to squint when I need to read things on the computer and my face isnt right up against the monitor. Also my eyes dont focus on things fast enough so if im reading a book then I look up everything looks blurry for a few seconds. I was thinking about my eye balls today and I was trying to think when I noticed that my eyes weren't so good anymore. And I remembered that one time my friend and I went to see Wicked in LA (this was at least 4-5 years ago) and from where we were sitting the stage looked kinda fuzzy. I figured it was just cuz we were kinda far back but that wasnt it at all! Then this one time a bunch of us went to Disneyland and we were waiting in line for Toy Story Mania and there was this GIANT hotdog sign and I couldnt see it clearly even though it was SUPER HUGE. But then the other day I was driving home and I couldnt read any of the street signs!!! And I was like OMG. Driving at night is the worst and in recent months Ive been afraid to drive anywhere new because I can't see. Any-who, so I went to the optometrist on Friday and she checked out my eyes. She said they were very healthy but she was prescribing me a light prescription for my eyes cuz of the whole not being able to see at night and not being able to focus on things. So I'm getting glasses! They should get here hopefully by Friday! It's funny... I've always wanted to wear glasses for reals ever since I was little and now that I need glasses for reals... Im just SO SUPER HAPPY!!! Not just cuz Im gonna look like a classy nerd but because I will now be able to see again.


So besides all that nonsense nothing else of interest has been going on around these parts. Nimbus has been acting funny cuz he's becoming a man. Work is busy pretty much every day cuz of summer. I can't wait for summer to be over! I hate the summer sooo much. At least it isnt super hot anymore! Oh how I yearn for cold winter nights. WELL, gotta get back to my launderin'!!!
